How do you know who is first?
Everything happens live in real time on our website. You will see the price on the button increase. The longer you wait, the more it goes up. When you click, your price is locked in for five minutes so you get enough time to finish the process.
What do I get?

Once I pay, what happens next?
We’ll have a lot of people to contact, so we’re going to make appointments by area. When our full team returns on 28th December we’ll start making calls to arrange appointments to come and meet you at your property.
Don’t panic if we don’t call you on that day, we will make appointments with everybody by 6th January. Once you’ve purchased the offer, your place is locked in - you won’t lose out.
How much will you market my home for?
As with every appointment we make we’ll advise you on how much your house should be valued for sale at. Just because you’re paying an unbelievably low price — don’t expect any less service.
If you already have your home listed with another agent you might already have an idea of how much your home should be marketed for.
You’re in the market to sell so there is not much point in being unrealistic. But as always, it’s your home and ultimately your decision.
Are there any catches?
NO!
Once you’ve paid, there is absolutely nothing else to pay. We will never ask you to “upgrade” your package or anything like that.

The only thing we insist upon are that you agree to the following terms:
- you must have a for sale board displayed outside your home
- you must pay your fee up-front via our online payment processor
- your card payment needs to be processed on Boxing Day, there is no reservation of prices for any failed payments, so make sure you've got some funds left after Christmas!
- this offer only applies to homes on the Fylde coast with an FY postcode (FY1, FY2, FY3, FY4, FY5, FY6, FY7, FY8)
- this offer only applies to homes valued up to £500,000
